Classes:

We offer workouts for ALL FITNESS LEVELS and cap each  class at a limited number of people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

We highly recommend reserving your spot online prior to arriving at the studio.

XFormer (All Levels)

A FULL-BODY, PILATES-INSPIRED WORKOUT ON OUR CUSTOM MACHINES.  

This high intensity (yet low impact) workout effectively combines the elements of strength, cardio, fat burning and flexibility all in one session. Easily the BEST workout for your core EVER. Period.

 

XFormer (hardCORE)

OUR SIGNATURE WORKOUT DIALED UP A NOTCH.

This is a more advanced class and will challenge you with advanced variations and sequencing. A thorough understanding of our (All Levels) class is a prerequisite as this class will move fast!

 

 

XFormer (Beginner)

A GREAT PLACE TO PRACTICE THE FUNDAMENTAL MOVEMENTS

A basic version of our XFormer workout. We will take you through the fundamental principles and movements while giving you easy to follow form cues so you can feel comfortable in our (All Levels) class.

  

 

XFormer (Straps)

TAKE A BREAK FROM LUNGING AND SQUATTING.

 This class emphasizes use of the straps for leg and arm work. We will spend time focusing on  lengthening movements. Still a high intensity, kick butt workout. Just different. 

 

Pure STRETCH

BETTER THAN A MASSAGE! ENJOY A DEEP STRETCH ON OUR MACHINES.

This is easily our favorite experience on the XFormer. This class is a full body stretch to help with flexibility, range of motion, muscle soreness and stress. *NOT a workout. Just a stretch. 

 

HIIT & RUN 

Sundays
1pm – 2pm

Work off that Sunday brunch or train for an obstacle course race! We recommend this class for those who have completed at least two level I courses within the last month.

 

Weight Training

Tuesdays, Thursdays
9am – 10am

Sundays
12pm – 1pm

Learn good form and what it means to reach your threshold. We’ll teach you how to breathe and warm up properly, so you can safely build the muscle groups you need.

 

Intro to Powerlifting

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
9am – 10am

In this advanced series you’ll determine your weight class and learn how to properly do a deadlift, squat, and bench press.
