Total Body Tabata (HIIT)

a 60 minute workout using the Tabata Interval of 20 seconds high-intensity work and 10 seconds of recovery.

We will lead you through a strength and cardio workout that burns 600 -1,000+ calories. You will see plenty of familiar "bootcamp style" movements in this class.
