Strength & Shape
We specialize in workouts that tone and strengthen the body. Whether it's one of our signature XFormer classes (a high-intensity workout combining Pilates, strength training and cardio elements), our Barre Sculpt classes, or any of our other class offerings we guarantee a safe and challenging workout for ALL fitness levels.
Our classes are designed for maximum effectiveness and taught by highly trained instructors. Take the #MoreHardCore challenge and you will see and feel results immediately following your very first class! Coreology classes are excellent for increasing your metabolism, transforming the shape of your body, strengthening your core and your entire body!
Weight Loss / Fat Loss
We believe that a well-rounded fitness routine includes a combination of muscle-defining strength training as well as heart-pumping cardio. Blast fat and calories in one of our many HIIT classes including HIIT & RUN (a class combining interval training on the treadmill with our XFormer workout) , Cycle - The Ride (easily South Bay's favorite indoor cycling class), Cycle/Pilates (a #teamcoreology favorite), Tabata (our favorite bootcamp style, fat burning workout) and more.
We recommend incorporating a few of our cardio classes into your routine for maximum results.
Injury Prevention & Flexibility
We love anything that helps keep the muscles long and lean as well as preventing injuries and increasing flexibility. Each of our signature XFormer classes incorporates muscle lengthening contractions and stretching in EACH class. Or... try one of our Pure Stretch classes for a 45 minute head to toe stretch on the machines.
